Update this whenever you check your real bank statement, to re-sync the starting point. Everything below only counts what's happened since this date — nothing here can be typed over directly.

Company details → brokers and drivers → loads and payments → review exceptions → weekly settlement → download a backup.
HaulBooks syncs your accounting data to your signed-in cloud account and keeps a local device copy for resilience. Create a backup or cloud recovery snapshot before major changes.
Open daily backups to check the latest recovery point.
Backup Health: Daily snapshots are enabled. Restore verification runs safely against a temporary in-memory copy whenever a recovery snapshot is inspected; production data is never overwritten by the test.
Lets a daily automated check (set up separately with Claude) read your brokers' accounting emails and each load's due date, so it can draft payment reminder emails. Nothing is uploaded by this button itself.
View spreadsheet format and import rules
Select weekly .xlsx files together. Required headers are Load ID and Price ($); the usual broker, driver, date, fee and payment columns are supported. Review new and existing counts, choose overwrite or skip, then approve the exact financial and settlement changes before anything is written. Blank Driver Pay is calculated as Price minus Broker Fee minus QP Fee, using the broker's configured QP rule. Entered Driver Pay values, including 0 and 777, are preserved exactly. Existing manual and approved values remain protected. Paid status: numeric Paid Amount, a green fill or a PAID filename can mark a load paid. Only an actual numeric Paid Amount creates a receipt; a blank cell never creates a balancing payment. Broker receipts and driver/dispatcher paid-week markers remain separate. System warnings appear in Needs Review; Deduction notes remain your notes. A safety snapshot is created before an approved import, and Recent Imports provides batch-scoped Undo.
